By when will I get the bulk order?
After you confirm your order and make the advance payment, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We typically dispatch within 10 days.
Can I change the shipping address?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
What are the return and exchange policies for bulk order?
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on bulk orders as we do not maintain a stock for them. However, we allow exchanges if there is an error in printing from our end or if there is any damage to the product at the time of delivery. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any exchange or return requests for bulk orders in the absence of these conditions.
Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
