1. Product Disclaimer

• All fabrics are digitally printed and available for purchase as listed in our catalog.
• Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and fabric texture. Such differences are not considered defects.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
• Please review the product details, fabric type, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns, as all orders are printed and processed on-demand.
• Exchange is only allowed in the following cases:
  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged fabric
  • Printing issues or misalignment

To request an exchange:

• Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Include your order ID and clear photos showing the defect or issue.
• Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided, except in cases where:
  • The same item for exchange is out of stock.
  • A valid defect has been identified and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Digibling.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across India through trusted courier partners.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service. Delays due to third-party logistics are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs and fabric prints offered on Digibling are original or legally licensed.
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial resale of our prints is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Digibling shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, loss of use, or dissatisfaction due to subjective quality preferences.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
